•. This role does not require you to work in an office but you must be located in the general metro area of Coral Gables, FL. There is a potential of expanding outside of this market 50-100 miles. We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager to support our pharmacies and customers. Visory Health is leading the market shift to cash in healthcare by developing proprietary technology, analytics, and consumer engagement platforms that allow consumers to access lower cost prescription medicines. Who we're looking for As a Community Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the experience of our customers, pharmacists, physicians, and communities. Visory Health is committed to helping our communities close gaps in care by providing lower cost prescription medications. This team member will be apart of the team who engages with communities and pharmacies and will share Visory Health's mission of serving communities. The Community Engagement Manager will be regularly out in the community visiting pharmacies, clinics, and health centers, providing them with program materials such as cards, fliers and FAQs. What you'll be doing Promote Visory Health's vision for providing lower cost prescriptions to our communities. Provide feedback from community leaders and stakeholders that can help guide our programs. Support strong, positive relationships, and lines of communication, camaraderie, and connectedness between Visory Health and Visory Health Community Partners. Actively participate in organizing and attending events with Visory Health and Visory Health Community Partners, to create a sense of belonging and connection among and between partners/members and Visory Health. Develop and refine policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer, communities, physician, and pharmacy interactions. Keep track of feedback and visits. Ability to complete and send detailed weekly reports to leadership on the updates within the customer service area highlighting key takeaways. Other duties as requested. Required Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven experience as a Community Engagement Manager or similar role, particularly in a remote setting. Excellent verbal skills. Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups. Must enjoy meeting new people and feel comfortable making conversation. Grow program utilization in your area. Be a self-starter. What will make you stand out You have a passion for service excellence. You should have exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Multicultural understanding of US/Hispanic communities is a bonus. Displays flexibility, history of collaboration and the ability to adapt to a fluid environment. Be adept at working independently. Experience in setting customer service standards and using customer feedback to drive improvement is highly desirable.
