The regional office manages the full project lifecycle, including project planning, estimating, and field coordination, for projects ranging from luxury waterfront estates in Palm Beach and Miami to complex commercial developments. The Florida team provides specialized services in the design, installation, and maintenance of custom lighting, audiovisual, and electrical systems, as well as technical consultation for architects and developers. The company also delivers wiring and power solutions for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, supported by local field supervision and deep national resources. Eco System Electric Corp is known for refined craftsmanship, discreet service, and reliable performance in any environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Project Manager oversees electrical contracting projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and high-quality workmanship. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising field teams and subcontractors, reviewing plans and specifications, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. The role involves close collaboration with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage changes, and resolve issues quickly. The Project Manager also monitors procurement and expediting activities, prepares progress reports, and supports continuous improvement in project delivery. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage materials, equipment deliveries, and vendor follow-up. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize field operations, sequencing of work, and resource allocation. Experience in electrical contracting, construction, or related fields, with familiarity of residential and commercial projects. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and work effectively with field supervisors and trade partners. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and productivity tools; a relevant technical or construction-related degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
