full-time Easy Builder - Job Summary Easy Builder is looking for an experienced Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team on an immediate basis. We are looking for someone who can step into an active construction project, take ownership of the day-to-day project needs, and help bring the project through its finishing stages. This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep the project moving forward. This is an immediate need , and we are open to experienced professionals who are comfortable with contract-based project work . Responsibilities Take over and manage an active construction project. Oversee the project through its finishing stages. Monitor project progress and day-to-day needs. Coordinate and communicate with the people involved in the project. Identify issues and help resolve them quickly. Keep the project moving according to expectations. Provide consistent oversight of the project. Serve as a reliable point of contact for project-related matters. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar role . Ability to step into an active project and take control quickly. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions. Experience managing construction projects from the field. Reliable and professional. Able to start quickly.
