Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Permit Coordinator to support permit processing and project documentation for construction, property management, or development-related activities in Delray Beach, Florida. This role will be responsible for preparing, submitting, tracking, and expediting permits while coordinating with municipalities, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, submit, and track permit applications and related documentsCoordinate with local municipalities, including the City of Delray Beach and surrounding jurisdictionsReview plans and applications for completeness and accuracy before submissionMonitor permit status and follow up on approvals, corrections, and inspectionsMaintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and project documentationCommunicate with project managers, contractors, architects, and inspectors regarding permit requirements and timelinesSchedule inspections and ensure all close-out documentation is completedStay current on local building codes, zoning requirements, and permitting proceduresAssist with administrative tasks related to construction or development projects
