Job Description

Job Summary:
Eco Home Restoration and Cleaning is seeking a motivated, experienced, and Hands-On Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will not only manage water, fire, and mold restoration projects from start to finish, but will also actively work in the field alongside technicians to ensure high-quality execution, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day field operations for water damage, mold remediation, and fire restoration projects.
Hands-On Execution:
Actively assist with equipment setup (dehumidifiers, air movers), containment building, extraction, and demolition when needed. Perform initial site inspections, scope losses, and create accurate job notes. Coordinate and supervise field technicians and sub-contractors on-site. Communicate directly with property owners, insurance adjusters, and management. Maintain vehicle equipment, inventory, and ensure job site safety protocols. Participate in a rotating On-Call schedule for emergency response calls.
Qualifications:
. IICRC Certification (WRT / AMRT) strongly preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of moisture meters, containment setups, and restoration equipment. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required). Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus. Benefits /

Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
