MANAGER - E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS

Doral, FL | Full-Time We are a fast-growing e-commerce logistics company looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take charge of our daily warehouse and transportation operations. This is a hands-on management position overseeing freight from airport pickup → warehouse breakdown → sorting → staging → last-mile dispatch .

What You'll Manage:

Airport freight receiving and warehouse operations High-volume freight breakdown, sorting & staging Company drivers, trucks & daily dispatch Last-mile shipments to USPS, UPS, Amazon & other carriers Warehouse staff, productivity & scheduling Time-sensitive shipments and daily deadlines Inventory, shipment tracking & operational reporting

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has proven warehouse/logistics management experience Has managed warehouse employees and drivers Understands freight, transportation and last-mile operations Can handle high volume and pressure without losing control Is organized, decisive and hands-on Can troubleshoot problems and keep operations moving Has e-commerce, air cargo, trucking or last-mile experience (strong plus) This is NOT an entry-level warehouse position. We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of the operation, manage people, solve problems and keep freight moving.
