This role is responsible for managing all aspects of infrastructure construction, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with field teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage underground utility infrastructure construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Review and interpret civil/Electrical plans, specifications, and permits. Managed permitting processes with local municipalities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Coordinated inspections and ensured all work met city and county standards Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and local codes. Prepare and present project reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing documentation. Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience managing underground utility projects in commercial sitework. Strong understanding of utility installation methods, trench safety, and local permitting processes. Ability and initiative to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Office, Bluebeam). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
