Full-Time Locktight Impact Windows, Doors, and Roofing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple residential job sites daily. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge, great communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

Visit multiple job sites daily Ensure work is being completed correctly and on schedule Communicate effectively with installers and homeowners Provide on-site customer service and resolve issues as needed Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, materials, and inspections

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction Strong knowledge of impact windows and doors preferred Excellent people and communication skills Valid Florida driver's license Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
