Luxury Residential Construction Location:

Ocean Reef, Key Largo, FL Full-Time, In-Person Position We are a premier luxury custom home builder with 20+ years of experience delivering exceptional residential projects throughout South Florida. We're known for exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and strong client relationships. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in luxury residential construction. The ideal candidate should be capable of overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through completion, while also playing an important role in establishing and growing our presence in Ocean Reef. This is a hands-on leadership position that extends beyond construction. The right candidate will be equally comfortable managing clients, subcontractors, architects, designers, and consultants, while navigating the unique requirements and expectations of the Ocean Reef community. Project Management & Execution Manage multiple luxury residential projects from mobilization through final completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and priorities. Coordinate Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams. Anticipate and resolve field challenges while maintaining quality, schedule, and organization. Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and closeout. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Maintain exceptional client communication and manage expectations throughout the project. Build strong, professional relationships with subcontractors and trade partners. Coordinate with the Ocean Reef HOA, community representatives, and other local stakeholders, understanding and navigating the unique requirements of the community. Maintain clean, professional, and respectful jobsites. Business Development & Ocean Reef Growth Develop relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, brokers, and other local contacts. Identify and cultivate new project opportunities and referral relationships. Represent the company professionally within the Ocean Reef community. Help establish the relationships, reputation, and local network necessary to build a successful long-term presence in Ocean Reef. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in: Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up luxury residential construction. Previous Project Manager or senior construction leadership experience. Experience managing multiple residential projects preferred. Strong understanding of residential construction, sequencing, building systems, and luxury finishes. Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and client-facing skills. Comfortable working directly with high-net-worth clients and their representatives. Experience with Procore, or similar construction software. Experience with Ocean Reef, or other private communities is a strong plus. The Ideal Candidate You are a hands-on construction professional who can run a project, manage a client, lead a subcontractor, navigate an HOA, and build relationships. You take pride in quality, organization, communication, and professionalism, and understand that success in luxury residential construction is as much about relationships and trust as it is about schedules and execution.
