A JF Petroleum Group Project Manager is an exemplary customer service representative who manages complex, multi-tiered and rapidly changing challenges. A JF Petroleum Group Project Manager is a team player who is responsible for taking the lead role in managing large multisite programs for National Accounts, while working alongside other Project Managers and Project Coordinators. This role must function with an entrepreneurial mindset and be a resourceful problem solver with a keen sense of urgency. Oftentimes JF Petroleum Group projects intersect with other programs, which means the PM will require cross-program coordination. The PM must be able to think "globally" rather than linearly to accomplish a successful result. The PM is responsible for key metrics, deliverables, and team member performance. Metrics are measured in real-time in Smartsheet and visible to clients at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepares Program Plan including objectives, methodologies, strategy, and critical milestonesDefines Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables across the programPrepares and manages Project Budgets for each project in the programPlans and Schedules Project and Program TimelinesMaintain current statuses to provide visibility to the clientCoordinates multiple vendors across various trades to achieve overall program goalsTracks vendor deliverables across multisite projectsLeads and Directs Project Team, whether internal, client or third-partyReports and Communicates Progress of Project to Project StakeholdersCoordinates project closeout and necessary documentation with vendor and brandTracks Issue Resolution/punch listConstantly learning as industry trends emerge

Requirements:

Highschool Diploma or GED requiredProficient in Procore preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise-wide programsBasic knowledge of fuel system assessment, repair, and maintenancePreferred PMP or similar certificationPreferred experience with retail and/or commercial construction Preferred experience in multi-site rollout projectsHaving a minimum of two years reviewing invoices, costs, and profitability for a projectExperience in Petroleum Equipment Industry is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, namely Outlook and ExcelPreferred proficiency with SmartsheetProcess oriented, adhering to maintain metrics which are mandated in the JF Petroleum Group SLAHighly self-motivatedCritical thinker and problem solver, able to interpret dataClear and deliberate communication skillsWillingness to travel to other states as the job demandsAbility to successfully manage and complete a high volume of work at any given timeFunction in an open environment without becoming distractedPerform analysis on large data sets with the ability to break them into logical segmentsWillingness to be cross trained to support the team as the need arisesMust be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company.

Physical Requirements:

include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
