Job Description

Full Time| Marco Island/Naples,Florida Werning Construction is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented construction project manager to oversee luxury custom residential projects from reconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience using Buildertrend. Key Responsibilities Manage custom residential construction projects from planning through final completion Highly motivated individual Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules in Buildertrend Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, inspections, and job site activities Review architectural plans, engineering documents, specifications, and selections Track project budgets, proposals, purchase orders, change orders, invoices and allowances Maintain accurate and current project documentation within Buildertrend Communicate professionally and consistently with clients, subcontractors, vendors, designers, architects and the internal team Provide clients with regular project updates and promptly address questions or concerns Anticipate scheduling conflicts, material delays, and construction challenges before they affect project progress Confirm that work meets Werning Construction's quality standards and applicable building codes Work closely with the superintendent, field team, office stuff, and company leadership Represent with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service This is a full time position requiring regular office and job site presence. The Project Manager must be responsive, organized, professional, and committed to maintaining schedules, controlling costs, and delivering the high level of craftsmanship and service expected from Werning Construction.
Pay:
$68,501.77 - $85,000.00 per year
