This is an opportunity to lead impactful healthcare construction projects that directly support patient care within active hospital settings. We're looking for a driven and highly organized professional to oversee multiple concurrent renovation projects across a live medical campus in Miami. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering essential upgrades, without disrupting ongoing hospital operations. Why This Role Stands Out Lead 3-6 concurrent projects valued up to $10M Work on technically challenging healthcare renovations in fully operational hospitals Be at the forefront of projects involving advanced medical facilities and infrastructure Join a team that values precision, compliance, and excellence in delivery What You'll Be Doing Managing the full project lifecycle: financials, contracts, scheduling, and compliance Leading preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, subcontractor procurement, and value engineering Coordinating complex phasing plans to ensure uninterrupted patient care Overseeing upgrades to MEP systems, imaging suites, LINAC installations, and medical gas systems Ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols What We're Looking For 10+ years of Project Management experience in construction 5+ years specifically in healthcare construction Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade permitting, AHCA requirements, NFPA, and Life Safety standards Experience delivering projects up to $10M Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project or Primavera, and advanced Excel financial tracking Interested?
