You will balance office-based financial management with onsite visits to drive project success across the region.

Pensacola, Florida job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimating job costs, preparing accurate bids, and overseeing project schedules. Monitor and control project financials weekly, utilizing Vista Viewpoint to ensure jobs remain within budget. Serve as the primary point of communication for owners, architects, and engineers to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment. Visit job sites 1-2 days per week to supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets safety and quality standards. Conduct essential project milestones, including internal kick-off meetings, pre-construction meetings, and final close-outs. #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: Manager Minimum 7 years of experience
