Team of Restoration Technicians and Infection Control Technicians. Your job is to make sure all projects run smoothly, safely, and up to snuff with industry standards. Your leadership is key to keeping things top-notch and safe on all job sites.
Team Supervision:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Restoration Technicians and Infection Control Technicians, giving them clear guidance and support.
Project Management:
Handle all the ins and outs of restoration and infection control projects from scheduling to staffing, to make sure everything gets done right and on time.
Quality Control:
Make sure all restoration and infection control work meet the highest standards, going above and beyond what's expected.
Safety & Compliance:
Keep an eye on safety, making sure everyone follows the rules and wears the right gear at all times.
Training & Development:
Train your team to be top-notch, so they can handle their tasks like pros.
Problem-Solving:
Tackle any issues that pop up on-site, finding solutions to keep things on track and up to standard.
Client Communication:
Be the go-to person for clients, keeping them updated, addressing concerns, and making sure they're happy with the service.
Documentation & Reporting:
Make sure all project paperwork is done right and on time, including reports and assessments submitted through Albi.
Inventory & Equipment Management:
Keep an eye on tools and materials, making sure everything's in good shape and ready for action.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams to keep things running smoothly across the board.
Emergency Response:
Be on call for emergencies, ready to jump in when needed, even on nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
Got a high school diploma or the equivalent? Awesome! Certifications in restoration, construction, or infection control. 3-5 years of experience in restoration, infection control, or a related field? Even better! Previous leadership experience? Great! Know your safety standards and industry regs? Perfect! Organized and good at managing projects? You're in! Strong communication skills and can lead a team? Awesome! Got a valid driver's license and wheels? Good to go!
