Talent Acquisition Project CoordinatorPay Rate:
$35.00 - $37.00/hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator to support recruiting operations, project management initiatives, and process improvement efforts within a dynamic Talent Acquisition organization. This role will coordinate projects, maintain reporting and dashboards, track timelines, manage documentation, and partner with stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes and overall recruiting effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating across recruiting, HR, business leadership, and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
Maintain project documentation, action logs, risk registers, issue trackers, and status reports.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, business stakeholders, vendors, and recruiting partners to support project goals and remove operational barriers.
Track project schedules, dependencies, and progress while providing updates to key stakeholders.
Build, maintain, and analyze recruiting dashboards, reports, and metrics using tools such as Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, and related systems.
Assist with recruiting campaigns, talent intelligence efforts, market research, and employer branding initiatives.
Support process improvement projects through structured problem-solving methodologies and project management best practices.
Assist with requisition readiness, interview processes, recruiting workflows, and escalated operational issues.
Monitor vendor and recruiting partner performance to ensure service expectations and project objectives are met.
Develop productivity tools, maintain documentation, and improve operational visibility across Talent Acquisition programs.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, workforce planning, or a related field.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with Workday Recruiting, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience creating reports, tracking project status, and maintaining project documentation.
Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise, multi-site, regional, or global recruiting initiatives.
Experience partnering with RPO providers, recruiting vendors, HR Technology teams, or People Analytics teams.
Familiarity with Lean, Agile, PMP, A3 problem-solving, daily management systems, or related project management methodologies.
Experience with recruiting marketing, talent intelligence, workforce planning, market mapping, or candidate attraction strategies.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements without direct authority.
