Palm Beach Gardens, FL Responsibilities:
Server will be responsible for greeting guests. Taking guest meal orders, submitting orders to kitchen, serving meals, and clearing tables. Server will have computer skills to process order payments, hospitality skills, and wine and spirits knowledge to assist guests with orders.
Requirements:
Two (2) years of serving experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant, club, or hotel. At least one (1) year of experience performing the following duties: Presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and answering menu-related questions. Taking customer orders. Making menu recommendations and providing information regarding ingredients and allergens. Using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
