The candidates must have experience in walking jobs, preparing proposals, and managing Xactimate proposals for various remediation jobs. Must have a varied Construction background, including drywall, tile, demolition, and the installation of cabinetry, etc. Ability to manage details of each job to completion and train others in areas of expertise for their position. Collaborate with customers and the team to foster a positive and constructive work environment. Must have current Xactimate experience Must have hands-on construction or reconstruction knowledge Beneficial to be certified in water and or Mold remediation

Job Responsibilities/Description:

Oversee and manage remediation projects to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Conduct thorough assessments of properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage to determine necessary restoration actions. Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including hand and power tools, to perform restoration tasks such as drywall repair, reconstruction, and carpet cleaning. Document project progress and costs using Xactimate software for accurate billing and reporting. Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
