4+ years We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team specializing in sophisticated lighting control systems and integration for large-scale commercial and specialty projects. What You'll Do Manage projects from initiation through completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, bids, documentation, and changes Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from approximately $5M-$10M Work closely with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal technical teams Coordinate project execution and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Lead customer and contractor communications and resolve project issues Manage project expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Ideal Background 4+ years of Project Management experience Experience in technical construction, electrical systems, lighting controls, building controls, automation, or systems integration Background with commercial or technically complex facilities such as airports, stadiums, entertainment venues, data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, warehouses, or similar environments Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Residential construction/homebuilding-only experience is not the target background
