Project Manager Location:
Donalsonville, GA Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, resource management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Facilitate communication between internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders. Track project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and project objectives. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Required Qualifications Must-Have Skills Experience using Microsoft Project Experience with project management software (such as Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar) Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor Proficiency with AutoCAD Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field Experience managing engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Benefits 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) If you are a detail-oriented Project Manager with PMP certification and experience utilizing Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools, we encourage you to apply.
