Up to $50,000 per year About Us PNK Group is a vertically integrated engineering, development, and construction company specializing in industrial facilities across the United States. We design, manufacture, and construct our own buildings while maintaining multiple operational facilities nationwide. We are seeking a Project Office Coordinator to support the Project Manager and construction team by maintaining accurate project documentation, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring smooth communication between the construction site, office, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments. This role plays a key part in keeping project documentation organized, accurate, and up to date while supporting daily project operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and construction team. Receive, organize, and maintain all project-related documentation. Track material deliveries, equipment, and supporting documentation. Collect, verify, and distribute invoices, bills, delivery tickets, and other financial documents. Maintain electronic and hard-copy project files and archives. Monitor the Project Manager's email, prioritize urgent matters, track deadlines, and coordinate follow-up actions. Maintain accurate Excel logs, reports, project registers, and tracking spreadsheets. Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, accounting, and other internal departments. Coordinate document flow between the construction site, corporate office, and external organizations. Perform additional administrative and project coordination duties as assigned. ⸻ Minimum Qualifications Education High school diploma or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience working with project documentation and electronic filing systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Construction industry experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of construction documentation is a plus. Ability to read construction drawings is a plus. English required. Russian or Spanish is a plus. Personal Qualities Strong attention to detail. High level of responsibility and accountability. Excellent organizational and systematic thinking skills. Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
