Camp H M Smith, HI Job Details Full-time 16 hours ago Qualifications Managing projects Full Job Description MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Project Coordinator for Guam to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii . This role is onsite. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leads the execution of Project Plans and coordinates technical efforts across multifunctional departments. Authorize task-level adjustments and validate project milestones to maintain organizational alignment. Manage the allocation of project resources and lead Technical Teams in achieving complex mission objectives. Manges the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater. Translate mission requirements into actionable Project Plans and coordinate the transition of personnel and equipment to support theater-level goals. Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding project performance and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Experience in formal project oversight and leading Technical Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or CAPM certification. DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent). Experience with USSOCOM logistics and mission execution frameworks.
Clearance Requirement:
Must hold an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
