Full-Time | Permanent About the Organization A leading multidisciplinary architecture and design firm specializing in architecture, interior design, master planning, and innovative building solutions . The firm delivers projects across multifamily, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use sectors, with a focus on sustainable, community-oriented design and modern construction methods. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Architecture Project Manager with strong multifamily project management experience. The ideal candidate will lead projects from planning through completion while managing clients, teams, budgets, schedules, scope, and overall project profitability. Key Responsibilities Manage multifamily architectural projects from design through construction. Lead project teams and coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. Manage project scope, fees, schedules, budgets, profitability, and collections. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact. Review project deliverables and ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and scope changes. Mentor and provide leadership to junior architects and project staff. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Requirements 10+ years of experience managing architectural projects, with strong multifamily experience. Proven experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills. Experience managing clients, project teams, scope, fees, schedules, profitability, and collections . Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience. Licensed Architect required; California license preferred. Strong knowledge of architectural project delivery and construction processes. campaignmsp1Pay:
