FyberCom is a locally owned and operated broadband provider specializing in fiber optic internet across East Idaho. We're growing fast—and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Fiber Sales Project Manager to lead the charge in driving sales and managing the customer journey from sale to installation.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition through proactive outreach in assigned service areas, managing the installation pipeline, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. This position requires regular travel within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive fiber internet sales through in-person outreach, community engagement, and inbound leads Actively prospect and engage with potential customers within assigned neighborhoods and service areas Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and installation team Schedule and track customer installations, ensuring timely and efficient service Build relationships within local communities to generate referrals and ongoing sales opportunities Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline updates Provide input on marketing initiatives, local campaigns, and process improvements Comfortable working in a field-based role that involves regular in-person customer engagement within local communities
Qualifications:
3+ years of successful sales experience (telecom or tech industry preferred) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with fiber internet or broadband is a strong plus
