Landscape Project ManagerIdaho Falls, IDFull-timeJob DescriptionThe company is a people-driven landscape company committed to structured processes, disciplined execution, and top-level work. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape projects from planning through completion.
This role coordinates customers, crews, materials, equipment, schedules, vendors, and project budgets to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to company standards.
ResponsibilitiesManage landscape projects from kickoff through final completionCoordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedulesReview scopes of work, plans, specifications, and production requirementsConduct job-site visits and monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivityCommunicate with customers, estimators, designers, vendors, and field teamsTrack labor, materials, project costs, change orders, and profitabilityIdentify project risks and resolve issues quicklyMaintain accurate project documentation and status updatesSupport effective handoffs between sales, estimating, production, and customersEnsure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectationsQualificationsExperience managing landscape, construction, hardscape, irrigation, or related projectsStrong organizational and follow-through skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesClear and professional communication skillsWorking knowledge of scheduling, job costing, labor tracking, and materials managementAbility to read plans and understand project scopesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsCommitment to safety, quality, accountability, and profitabilityValid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience with project management or business software is a plusSpanish-speaking ability is a major plus, but not required.
