Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance 401(k) matching Dental insurance ServiceMaster of Nampa is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This position will work closely with our Reconstruction Manager to help coordinate and oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects following water, fire, mold, and other property damage. The Assistant Project Manager will help keep projects moving from initial approval through completion by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers and subcontractors, monitoring job progress, and ensuring project documentation is completed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction or restoration experience who is looking to grow into a larger project management role. Key Responsibilities Assist the Reconstruction Manager with coordinating reconstruction projects from start to completion. Communicate with homeowners, property managers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and vendors regarding project status and scheduling. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and other project activities. Visit job sites to monitor progress, workmanship, and project needs. Help ensure work is being completed according to the approved scope and estimate. Identify potential changes in scope and communicate them to the Reconstruction Manager. Assist with obtaining subcontractor bids and material pricing. Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, schedules, work orders, and project updates. Help track project timelines and follow up on outstanding items to prevent unnecessary delays. Communicate with customers throughout the reconstruction process and help address questions or concerns. Assist with project completion, final walkthroughs, punch-list items, and closeout documentation. Maintain professional relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, insurance professionals, and other members of the ServiceMaster team. Assist the Reconstruction Manager with additional duties as needed to keep projects organized and moving forward. Qualifications Previous experience in construction, restoration, remodeling, project coordination, or a related field is preferred. General knowledge of residential construction and repair processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and insurance professionals. Ability to identify problems and help develop practical solutions. Basic computer and technology skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to travel locally to job sites as needed. Experience with insurance restoration, Xactimate, construction estimating, or project management is a plus but not required. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
