Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time Job Summary Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage BESS and electrical utility construction projects through the full project lifecycle. The role will coordinate with engineering, construction teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience BESS experience is a

construction experience strongly preferred Electrical utility project experience Experience with transmission, inverters, or metering is a plus PMP preferred Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Strong communication and project coordination skills Work Environment Hybrid Field visit approximately once per week Core hours: 9 AM - 3 PM Full-time conversion opportunity Interview 1-round virtual interview Focus on previous project experience and BESS background Interviews expected next week
