Position Status:
Exempt Salary Range:
$50,000-$55,000. This is the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will depend on a candidate's experience and education, and departmental budget. Responsibilities Supports the Director of CRM Processes and Analysis in the administration and ongoing development of the Technolutions Slate CRM to support admission operations and enrollment goals. Assists in developing, maintaining, testing, and deploying Slate workflows, rules, decisions, portals, forms, dashboards, campaigns, and communications. Develops and maintains regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support admission operations and data-informed decision-making. Identifies opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and make effective use of CRM technology and data. Provides day-to-day technical support for Slate users, including troubleshooting, prioritizing issues, and assisting with resolution. Develops user documentation and assists with training and support to promote consistent use of CRM tools and processes. Collaborates with campus partners, vendors, and other external partners on CRM enhancements, integrations, system updates, and new functionality. Assists with CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, testing, and implementation of new features. Maintains knowledge of Slate functionality, CRM best practices, and emerging technologies and assists in identifying opportunities for system enhancements. Other Responsibilities Supports the University's mission, vision and values. Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Performs other duties and completes special projects as needed and assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Demonstrated professional experience administering, developing, or supporting Technolutions Slate or a comparable CRM system. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills. Experience with reporting, data analysis, data quality, and data-informed decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Significant hands-on experience with Technolutions Slate in a college or university admissions, enrollment management, or student services environment. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus. Experience with Ellucian Colleague. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements The essential functions of this position are primarily performed in an indoor setting with limited exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Work is often sedentary in nature and requires remaining in a stationary position for extended periods. Required abilities include speaking and hearing for in-person and virtual communication, using close and distance vision when reading documents or viewing screens, and performing tasks with repetitive fine motor skills. Work may require occasional lifting, bending, carrying, or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
