Pay:

$45/hr- $48/hr About the Role We are seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives from strategy through completion. This role will translate approved marketing plans into actionable workflows, coordinate creative production, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards. The position will oversee integrated campaigns, environmental branding projects, event related creative production, and cross functional initiatives while working closely with creative teams, vendors, facilities partners, and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Develop project plans, creative briefs, workback schedules, task assignments, and organized project documentation
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent marketing and creative projects from kickoff through final delivery
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables, revisions, approvals, and stakeholder communication
  • Provide direction and requirements to creative teams to ensure projects begin with clear expectations
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, proofread materials, and provide feedback on creative deliverables
  • Ensure campaigns align with approved strategies, audience insights, brand standards, and organizational priorities
  • Coordinate final file delivery, revisions, and approvals
  • Gather campaign metrics and performance data and develop post campaign summaries and recommendations
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and identify environmental branding opportunities
  • Research organizational history, culture, and community context to inform branding initiatives
  • Coordinate with installation vendors and facilities teams on production schedules, proofs, and installation readiness
  • Ensure environmental branding projects meet quality, accessibility, and safety standards What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, creative operations, event production, or project management
  • Experience working within an agency, in house marketing team, or large organization
  • Experience leading teams of 4+ creative or production professionals
  • Experience managing environmental branding, large scale events, and multi vendor production
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, proofreading, stakeholder management, and client service skills
  • Knowledge of ADA standards, accessibility requirements, safety protocols, and large format print production
  • Proficiency with Teamwork, Asana, or Wrike
  • PMP certification required
  • Must be a Chicago resident and able to travel throughout the city as needed
  • Must meet applicable vaccination or testing requirements
