3003317789-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Exelon is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead complex grid modernization and clean energy initiatives. In this role, you will oversee full project lifecycles-from scoping and planning through execution and closeout-ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risks; coordinate cross-functional engineering, IT, and operations teams; and engage stakeholders and vendors. You will foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement while delivering innovative, customer-focused energy solutions across Exelon's utility regions. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large grid modernization and clean energy projects Develop project charters, scopes, schedules, and budgets Monitor project performance, risks, and issues and implement mitigation plans Coordinate cross-functional engineering, IT, and operations teams Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards Manage vendor and contractor relationships and contracts Communicate status to executives, regulators, and other stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects Required Skills Project management Program management Budgeting and cost control Risk management Stakeholder management Schedule management (MS Project or similar) Data and KPI reporting Utility/energy industry knowledge Change management Contract and vendor management
