Project Coordinator We are looking for an organized, dependable, and confident Project Coordinator to help keep projects organized and moving from start to finish. This position works in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and no two days are exactly the same. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, computer literate, and able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time. This person must also be a confident communicator who is comfortable following up, asking questions, solving problems, and holding others accountable when necessary. Responsibilities Coordinate and track multiple projects from beginning through completion Maintain project schedules, paperwork, files, and other important information Communicate with customers, employees, subcontractors, vendors, and other parties involved in a project Follow up on outstanding items and make sure deadlines are being met Help coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, crews, and other project needs Enter and maintain accurate information in company computer systems Review project information for accuracy and catch missing or incorrect details Handle changing priorities and unexpected issues throughout the workday Communicate problems or concerns quickly and clearly Keep management informed of project progress, delays, and issues Help ensure projects stay organized and continue moving forward Qualifications & Characteristics Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented and accurate Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Able to multitask and manage several projects at once Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident and assertive when communicating with others Comfortable holding employees, vendors, subcontractors, and others accountable Willing to ask questions, follow up, and speak up when something needs attention Able to handle difficult conversations professionally Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision Dependable, professional, and team-oriented What We're Looking For This position requires someone who can take ownership of a project rather than simply wait for instructions . Pay:
