Description Grace Design Studios is seeking a respected and motivated Project Manager to lead projects and cultivate strong client relationships in our Jeffersonville office. This position plays a key role in partnering with Studio Leaders and Thought Leaders to deliver innovative, client-focused design solutions. Responsibilities Manage projects from proposal through construction, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. Lead project teams, coordinate with consultants, and guide production of design and documentation using Revit and BIM workflows. Collaborate on marketing and business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations. Represent Grace Design Studios at conferences and industry events as a thought leader. Contribute to the firm's design excellence through research, mentorship, and pursuit of design awards. Travel as needed for client engagement and project oversight. Required Skills Accredited degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect preferred 5+ years of experience in architecture across various project types, including healthcare, education, and civic. Strong project and client management experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms. Public speaking experience and comfort representing the firm in professional settings. Professional affiliations such as LEED AP, EDAC, ACHA, or AIA preferred.
