Project Coordinator in Restoration

• Ensure all program and non-program estimates are completed and accurate within QRV requirements
• Assist in managing the Claim Cycle from start to finish, marking tasks complete when ready and gathering data where needed
• Ensure timelines are being met with third party administrators, and other programs for insurance carriers
• Assist with carrier approvals
• Effectively communicate with management and technicians on punch lists for active jobs to ensure data is being captured and stored in the proper place complying with cycle time standards
• Provide Superior Customer Service
• Various ADM duties (Data Entry, Phones, Scheduling, Etc.) as needed
• Participate in Admin On-Call rotation Qualifications
• 1 year minimum experience in Restoration or related field
• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
