$65,000 - $75,000 We are hiring a Project Coordinator to help support commercial facility, relocation, logistics, and light construction projects across a variety of job sites and customer environments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management. You do not need executive-level experience. We are open to candidates with backgrounds in construction coordination, facilities, operations, logistics, office moves, field supervision, or assistant project management. What You'll Be Doing Help coordinate commercial projects from start to finish Communicate with customers, vendors, field crews, and subcontractors Assist with scheduling manpower, deliveries, and project timelines Track project progress and help keep projects on schedule Support workplace moves, furniture installation, logistics, facility upgrades, and related services Conduct occasional site walks and help identify project needs Maintain project documentation, reports, photos, and updates Help ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, and on time Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day project coordination Requirements 1-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, logistics, facilities, operations, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable working with customers and field teams Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license Nice to Have Experience with commercial construction, furniture installation, relocations, warehousing, or facilities work Experience reading schedules, work orders, or project scopes OSHA certification or general job-site experience Benefits Opportunity to grow into a larger project management role Variety of projects and industries Supportive team environment Hands-on experience with real project ownership Stable full-time opportunity with long-term growth potential Opportunities for advancement Health benefits and paid time off available Company technology and tools provided as needed
