Operations / Project Management Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project management operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, timely submittals, and coordination between field, management, and billing teams. Key Responsibilities Submit daily manpower roster by 7:30 AM Maintain and update 3-week lookahead schedules (weekly) Submit weekly forecasting and project tracking updates Track and submit weekly units and AWR documentation Manage Smartsheet headcount reporting Assist with timesheet collection and submission for PM/APM staff Submit contractor resource schedules on a weekly basis Support end-of-month reporting, including LOA tracking Process payroll corrections and maintain accuracy in records Log and track customer packets and project documentation Additional Duties Coordinate between project managers, field teams, and billing Assist with project setup, tracking, and documentation Support compliance with reporting deadlines and KPIs Ensure accurate data entry across multiple systems Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Excel and data tracking systems Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Experience in construction, utilities, or project coordination preferred Why Join Us Competitive salary within the $42K-$52K range Hands-on role with direct impact on project success Growth opportunities within project management
