Job Details

IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Warsaw, IN. This role involves managing the details of project plans within a manufacturing environment, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead multiple project phases from planning through go-live.

Position Overview for the

Project Manager:

Manage detailed project plans, oversee project execution, and coordinate with business leaders and project teams.

Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.

Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to PMO methodology.

Track and report project performance, risks, and issues through dashboards and reports.

Support change management activities and collaborate with various departments to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements for the

Project Manager:

Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree, MBA preferred) in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum four years of related experience in project management within manufacturing operations.

Proficient with project management software and MS Office applications.

Experience leading cross-functional, inter-site project teams with results-oriented performance.

Strong knowledge of regulatory environments, preferably in medical device or similar industries.
