Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for overall profit at completion, delegation of tasks, client relations and general project management on any given job or jobs.
Project/Practice ManagementUnderstand basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to completion projections to make decisions accordingly.
Understand our pricing model and billing procedures.
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Follow up with clients, when necessary, for unpaid invoicesAccurately forecast and analyze project profitability, margins, and utilizationIdentify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes.
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimize our exposure and risk on a project.
Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
Manage project budget.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for project.
Accurately forecast and analyze revenue and bill rates.
Assure project legal documents are completed and signed.
Business DevelopmentLead proposal efforts including completing project scoping and LOE assessments.
