full-time Project Manager | Up to $160K This is a rare opportunity to join a top GC known for promoting from within (with promotional reviews every six months) and for having a family-culture feel while still competing on large projects. The Opportunity This is more than a position managing paperwork from the office. Project Managers are involved throughout the entire construction process, including estimating, design coordination, scheduling, subcontractor selection, financial management, client communication, and closeout. Employees are trusted to do their jobs, supported by experienced leadership, and given the autonomy to lead without being micromanaged. The culture is relationship-driven rather than transactional. The company has built a strong reputation by treating clients and subcontractors fairly, protecting long-term partnerships, and hiring people who are confident, collaborative, and easy to work with. Ideal Background 5+ years of experience managing projects for a commercial general contractor Proven experience independently leading ground-up construction Background in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, office, or distribution projects Experience managing projects from estimating and preconstruction through final closeout Strong financial management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills Procore, Microsoft Project, job-costing, and estimating experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Collaborative leadership style with strong client-facing communication skills Benefits Project Performance Incentives Annual Company Bonus Combined Bonus Potential ~17.5% of Base Salary $6,000 Annual Vehicle Allowance Weekly Phone Allowance Flexible Work Schedule 3 Weeks PTO 8 Paid Holidays
