We're looking for an experienced AR Specialist to join our client's team! ???? Accounts Receivable Specialist ???? Cincinnati, OH ???? On-site/Hybrid options may be available ???? Full-time opportunity What you'll be doing:
- Process and post customer payments accurately
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Handle collections and follow up on outstanding balances
- Prepare account reconciliations and aging reports
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account questions
