- to oversee and grow a team of environmental professionals supporting power and energy projects.

- Provide direct leadership to a team of environmental professionals, including workload planning, staff development, mentoring, performance feedback, and support for career growth. - Lead multidisciplinary teams on complex energy projects, driving delivery that is timely, high quality, and aligned with scope, budget, and client expectations. + Siting and Routing Leadership
- Direct site selection and route evaluation for transmission, distribution, and generation facilities, helping clients make informed, strategic decisions. + Permitting and Compliance
- Lead environmental permitting efforts, application development, agency coordination, public meetings, and stakeholder engagement across complex projects. + Regulatory Strategy
- Partner with local, state, and federal agencies and provide strategic guidance on filing requirements, regulatory pathways, and project approvals. Experience with expert witness testimony is a strong plus. + Market Insight
- Stay ahead of policy developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies shaping the Texas/Louisiana and the broader south-central U.S. energy markets and use that insight to support client success. + Trusted Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, landowners, and internal teams, helping navigate complex environmental, permitting, and stakeholder issues. + Business Growth
- Lead proposal development, scope definition, budgets, schedules, and client relationship expansion to support continued growth in the region, including strategic hiring, staff utilization, and succession planning. + Operational Excellence
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices that strengthen team capability, consistency, and project delivery performance across the region.

- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Biology, Ecology, Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
