The Personnel Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead military base construction projects for a repeat client of ours in the New Orleans area. This role oversees site operations, subcontractor management, budget execution, and strict adherence to federal standards from pre-construction through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery:

Direct overall execution of military infrastructure and facility projects on time and within budget.

Federal Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to

USACE/NAVFAC

guidelines, EM 385-1-1 safety protocols, FAR rules, and RMS/QCS reporting.

Field Operations:

Manage subcontractor schedules, daily quality control, base access logistics, and security badging requirements.

Financial Management:

Oversee project budgets, change orders, pay applications, and cost forecasting.

Qualifications Experience:

5+ years of construction project management with a primary focus on military base projects (USACE, NAVFAC, or DoD).

Certifications:

OSHA 30-Hour required;

USACE CQM

(Construction Quality Management) or PMP strongly preferred.

Security & Clearances:

Must pass federal background checks and obtain base access credentials.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with Primavera P6, MS Project, and federal reporting systems (USACE RMS).
