Manage patients with complex needs including PA catheters, balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a high-acuity environment. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments to ensure optimal recovery. Utilize Epic EMR to document patient progress and treatment plans. Be prepared to support emergency events, including relief and emergency team assignments as needed. Maintain compliance with all facility policies, safety standards, and certification requirements. What You Need Valid RN license for Louisiana or proper compact licensureACLS, BLS, NIH
