Keep track of company-owned and rented equipment, including usage, location, and status Maintain subcontractor agreements and make sure required documentation is current Help monitor subcontractor invoices and payments and keep records accurate Update project information, schedules, and job progress using company databases and project management systems Coordinate information between the office, project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel Help keep project schedules and deadlines on track Handle data entry, document preparation, filing, and general project administration Follow up on missing information and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks Support a team of approximately 6-15 people and help keep day-to-day communication running smoothly Requirements 2+ years of administrative experience in a construction environment Strong Microsoft Excel skills — you'll be using it regularly Experience working with databases, project management software, or similar systems Familiarity with contracts, subcontractor paperwork, invoices, or project documentation Someone who is highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Strong communication skills and the confidence to follow up with others when information is needed Good attention to detail and accuracy A self-starter who can work independently while also being a strong team player Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
