Some travel throughout the Greater Boston area Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in architectural millwork, construction, or a related industry? We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from inception through completion while ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys coordinating teams, managing complex projects, working directly with clients, and seeing projects through from planning and engineering to production, installation, and final closeout. What You'll Do Take full responsibility and accountability for assigned projects from inception through completion Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, resources, and production deadlines Coordinate closely with engineering, production, installation, estimating, and operations teams Develop and manage detailed project packages, including drawings, layouts, hardware, cut sheets, and other production documentation Coordinate engineering and detailing activities to ensure projects remain on schedule Review drawings and production details for accuracy, quality, design, joinery, and buildability Prepare bills of materials and support special purchasing needs Review and revise work orders based on project and drawing changes Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability, and production reports Manage change orders and monthly billing/draws Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams Conduct production reviews to ensure work aligns with what has been sold, engineered, and approved Coordinate field work, installation, punch-out, and final project closeout Build strong relationships with project teams and help develop team knowledge and skills Identify opportunities to improve project management, engineering, production, and scheduling processes What We're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management experience Experience with architectural production, millwork, construction, or a related industry Strong understanding of construction techniques, project costs, scheduling, time management, and budgeting Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to confidently interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above qualifications, apply to this posting today for immediate consideration!
