Job Description Lead multiple mechanical and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and risk management Manage project schedules, procurement strategies, contract administration, and change order processes Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, and project teams Develop staffing strategies and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, client pursuits, and contract negotiations Drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term client partnerships MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience managing mechanical, industrial, process piping, utility, energy, manufacturing, water/wastewater, or infrastructure construction projects Proven success overseeing large-scale projects and/or project portfolios valued at $30M+ Strong background managing project financials, forecasting, budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement Experience delivering Design-Build, EPC, Design-Bid-Build, or complex industrial construction projects Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and field operations Working knowledge of mechanical systems, process piping, structural, electrical, civil, and industrial construction practices What's on
