Full-Time Role Overview An established and respected contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. This is a high-ownership role covering the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, procurement, financial management, field coordination, facility start-up, and closeout. The ideal candidate understands treatment plant construction and can confidently manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through final completion Own project budgets, forecasting, billing, cost controls, and profitability Develop schedules and track progress against key milestones Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, and vendor coordination Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, and trade partners Support equipment installation, testing, start-up, and commissioning Identify project risks early and drive timely solutions Maintain high standards for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction What They're Looking For Project management experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations, or related infrastructure construction Understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and process-related scopes Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, procurement, and project financials Ability to manage technically complex projects and multiple stakeholders Confident leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Construction-related degree or equivalent industry experience preferred Why This Opportunity Competitive salary of $130,000 to $170,000 Opportunity to lead meaningful water and wastewater infrastructure projects Established contractor with experienced operational and field support Genuine ownership of projects from planning through commissioning Long-term growth opportunity within a stable organization If you are interested in this opportunity do not hestitate to apply!
