Job Description The Project Manager - $10M+ Retail Projects will: Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion. Lead budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communications. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Partner closely with field operations, estimators, and executive leadership. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations. Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and team collaboration. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subconstractors. Report directly to senior operational leadership and play a key role in project success. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - $10M+ Retail Projects should have: 5-10+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience. Proven history of managing ground-up construction projects,. Experience overseeing projects ranging from $2M-$30M+ preferred. Exposure to larger projects valued at $50M is highly desirable. Strong track record of tenure and career stability. Experience within commerical, retail, hospitality, life science, academic, corporate interiors, or similar markets is preferred. Proficieny with Procore. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced construction environment. Must be able to commute to the Beverly, MA area. What's on Offer Upon offer, the Project Manager - $10M+ Retail Projects will receive: Competitve base salary ranging from $120,000-$160,000 USD (Depending on experience).
