•Project Manager, Commercial Building Restoration Greater Boston | In-Person | $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience Compensation & Growth Starting salary of $90,000 to $120,000, based on experience and qualifications Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off Manage complex, high-visibility restoration projects throughout Greater Boston Clear path for advancement as Atlantic expands its project management team Collaborative environment built around communication, quality, and accountability What You Bring 3+ years in construction project management, project engineering, supervision, or operations Direct construction jobsite experience required Commercial restoration, building envelope, masonry, concrete, waterproofing, roofing, or exterior construction experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent field/PM experience) Ability to read contracts, drawings, specs, schedules, budgets, and financial reports Working knowledge of costs, change orders, procurement, subcontractor coordination, closeout Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, cloud document systems Who You Are You'll lead multiple commercial restoration projects from contract award through final closeout, serving as the connection point between the client, Atlantic's office, and field leadership. What You'll Own:
Project Leadership Own assigned projects from contract award through closeout Lead project meetings, set clear agendas, document decisions, drive action items to completion Run regular project reviews with field superintendents and internal stakeholders Monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, open issues, and milestones Identify risks early and coordinate response before they impact the project Client Communication Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Build professional, dependable relationships with property managers, owners, consultants, and facilities teams Respond to client communications within one business day Communicate schedule impacts, budget concerns, and field conditions clearly and proactively Represent Atlantic with professionalism and composure Financial Management Manage project budgets and maintain accurate cost to complete projections Review labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and anticipated expenses Track change orders from identification through billing Flag financial concerns before they escalate Support timely, accurate billing and collections Systems and Documentation Execute Atlantic's established PM processes; maintain schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout docs in ConstructionOnline Oversee project onboarding: COIs, preconstruction meetings, document setup, procurement, internal turnover Keep records complete and current throughout the project lifecycle Use established systems consistently while spotting practical improvements Field Coordination Maintain a strong working relationship with field superintendents and foremen Connect field, office, client, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Coordinate work, access, materials, and schedule constraints Conduct regular site visits for progress, quality, and safety Resolve field issues quickly, escalating when needed What You Bring 3+ years in construction project management, project engineering, supervision, or operations Direct construction jobsite experience required Commercial restoration, building envelope, masonry, concrete, waterproofing, roofing, or exterior construction experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent field/PM experience) Ability to read contracts, drawings, specs, schedules, budgets, and financial reports Working knowledge of costs, change orders, procurement, subcontractor coordination, closeout Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, cloud document systems To Apply Submit your resume with a brief introduction describing your construction experience and the types of projects you've managed.
