Job Description

Project Manager - Massachusetts Public Construction Projects We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple Massachusetts Public Construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. If you excel at coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and keeping complex projects on track, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across several active job sites.
What You'll Do:
Lead pre‑construction meetings, site visits, and project planning with owners/clients Manage and mentor project teams, including APMs, Superintendents, Engineers, and support staff Oversee project change orders, subcontractor agreements, scheduling, purchasing, and invoicing Coordinate 2-4 projects simultaneously, depending on size and scope Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project goals and deadlines are met
What You Bring:
5-10 years of construction project management experience (Massachusetts Public Construction / DCAMM preferred) Experience in pre‑construction planning, commercial construction, and basic estimating Strong communication and client‑management skills Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, multi‑project environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and Procore OSHA 10 certification Bachelor's degree or higher
Work Environment:
