Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present project updates and reports to relevant parties. The Successful Applicant A successful Manager of Woodmeister Circle and Small Projects should have: 10+ years experience in residential or commercial space Understanding of MEP and hands on construction experience Experience with managing small-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards. Ability to effectively manage budgets and project timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with property industry practices and challenges.
