Job Description The Manager of Property Services & Small Projects will: Lead and direct the property services and small projects division. Deliver exceptional customer service to high-end residential clients. Manage annual property service contracts and associated projects. Develop operating plans and drive division performance. Recruit, mentor, and supervise property management and field teams. Conduct annual performance evaluations for service personnel. Collaborate across construction, operations, and client service teams. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Manager of Property Services & Small Projects should have: 10+ years of residential construction, maintenance, or property services experience. Strong understanding of MEP systems and building operations. Hands-on construction experience with project management resonsibilities. Experience in residential or commercial construction environments. Knowledge of remodeling, millwork, and residential construction methods. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
